Bookings and orders

Forms submit requests, not confirmed bookings or purchases. We confirm dates, design, price, payment, delivery and cancellation terms with you before proceeding. No payment is taken through the card request form.

Regular finish cards cost $25 CAD and premium holographic cards cost $45 CAD. Promo codes may offer discounts on eligible cards or photoshoots, subject to their conditions. A personal photoshoot costs $95 and includes one card. Existing academy clients and custom themes have separate quoted pricing. Delivery and applicable taxes are confirmed separately. Custom designs depend on feasibility and permission to use third-party material.

Photos and galleries

You must have permission to provide photos and participant details, including authority to act for a child. Copyright and permitted use follow your written agreement and applicable law. Downloading does not transfer copyright. Marketing permission is handled separately.

Keep gallery credentials private and save your files while available. Galleries are not permanent storage and may experience interruptions. Use only galleries you are authorized to access. Reviews must be truthful and respect others’ privacy; the studio retains edit history.

See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Separate written service agreements and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. These terms are governed by British Columbia and applicable Canadian law. Updates apply going forward.
