What we collect

We collect contact details, booking and order information, photos, participant details and photo permissions to provide our services. We record gallery access and download requests, plus reviews and their edit history, for delivery tracking and support.

Google Drive

The studio connects its Google account to display and deliver media from selected folders. Clients do not connect their own accounts. Our read-only permission allows access across the connected Drive, but the site uses configured folders. It reads media and file details; it does not edit or delete Drive files.

We store file references, metadata and an encrypted authorization token. Public portfolio images may be cached; client media is delivered through protected galleries. Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI. Its use and transfer follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and security

Authorized staff and our providers—Cloudflare, Google Drive and Resend—process information to operate the site and send studio notifications. Processing may occur outside Canada. We do not sell personal information. We use session cookies, security checks, HTTPS and access controls; Google Fonts also receives browser requests. Keep gallery credentials private.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of photo publication permission. Parents or guardians should submit children’s details. Booking a session does not grant marketing permission.

We retain records for service, consent, accounting and legal needs; there is no single automatic deletion period. We may verify your identity and explain any required retention. Deleting a gallery does not delete its Drive originals.

Revoke Google access through Google Account connections; contact us to delete stored tokens, metadata or cached copies. Revocation alone does not delete stored data and may interrupt galleries. Unresolved privacy concerns can be raised with BC’s Privacy Commissioner.
